How To Submit an Architecture Review Committee (ARC) Form
Architectural Review Committee (ARC) Form
Before you embark on any home improvement projects, homeowners must complete and submit the ARC form and supporting documents to arc@thecamteam.com. See form below.
ARC forms are forwarded to our Board of Directors who will review and approve the documents so be as detailed and clear as you can. This process helps to contribute compliance and over all well-being for our community.
ARCs help with:
- Transparency: filling out the form ensures transparence within our neighborhood and allos us to keep track of changes to maintain a harmonious environment.
- Compliance: Certain modifications may require approval so by submitting the ARC you are complying with the subdivisions guidelines.
- Property Value: Properly documentd improvements can positively impact your property value!
- Safety and aesthetics: Whether you need a new fence, a fresh coat of paint or a shed, we want to ensure safety and maintain the overall aesthetics of our community.
